Support

The Enterprise Systems Team is the support and escalation owner for the Modulate API.

Include:

• Environment (UAT or production)
• meta.request_id and any X-ARISE-Trace-CorrelationId you sent
• Approximate timestamp
• HTTP status and whether the body was JSON
• Audience you minted (https://uat.modulate-api.es.flute.com or other)
• Whether the call was curl, Postman, the built-in API client, or Flute dashboard

Do not send identity tokens, docs passwords, or response bodies that contain financial data.

This site is published on Scalar and is hosted separately from the API. A docs outage is not an API outage — check GET /api/partner/health before escalating a site problem as an API incident.
